Automation provides operational stability and statistical process control. Quadrant creates and develops automation technology into most of our processes, including assembling, magnetizing, testing, and packing. Process automation allows us to produce high-volumes of parts more quickly with consistent quality, and delivery schedules are more detailed with accuracy. Any process deviation trends are used to quickly realign production with statistical control limits. With experiences in integrating lean manufacturing, Quadrant is proud of our automation capabilities in both design and implementation which yields ultimate customer satisfaction.
